One of the SUPERKIND members, SaeJin, is actually an AI virtual idol. He is the only virtual member among human members. Deep Studio wants to approach K-Pop in a new way that doesn’t follow the usual success route. Whilst most human K-Pop groups have an alternate universe, Deep Studio believes that the combination of AI makes this group an alternate universe in itself. 3. Group name meaning
‘SUPERKIND’ is an anagram (reordering) of the words ‘PRID’, ‘NUKE’, and ‘S’. PRID and NUKE are the names of each species (human and AI respectively) with the group name standing for ’new humanity’.
