While all these dance covers are so very impressive and simply outstanding, here are our absolute top 5 favorites.

1. BAE173

With this amazing level of perfection, it is no surprise that this is one of the most viewed countdown dance performances. The BAE173 members have proven that they are performance princes, brilliant talents that deserve the attention and praises they have gotten, and much more. Looking at their performance, it is clear that each member has his own unique shine, and together, the sun has a rival as their glow is just as powerful. Fun, exciting, brilliant, beautiful, intense, clean, detailed, perfect. These are some of the words that anyone (fan or not) would attribute to this incredible performance. Covering NCT 127’s ‘Cherry Bomb’, aespa’s ‘Black Mamba’, ITZY’s ‘Wannabe’, TWICE’s ‘Cry For Me’ TXT’s ‘Run Away’, BTS’ ‘ON’, and their own song ‘Loved You’ it might not be farfetched for us to say, these covers are probably the best we have seen for each song.

2. CRAVITY

CRAVITY’s cover performance was a statement, a statement that reminds us that they are not just amazing dancers but they are artists who can fit into any kind of concept and deliver a seamless performance. Sexy and charismatic in some, emotional in one, cheery and cute in another, each concept was performed brilliantly and with a level of synchronization that would leave you baffled. Clean, intricate, elegant, fierce, fun, and powerful. Covering songs like MONSTA X’s ‘GAMBLER’, aespa’s ‘Next Level’, BTS’ ‘Butter’, THE BOYZ’s ‘THRILL RIDE’, NCT DREAM’s ‘Dive Into You’, TXT’s ‘0x1=LOVESONG’, Stray Kids’ ‘Backdoor’ and SEVENTEEN’s ‘Fear’, they did not just perfectly embody the original choreography of each song, but also added their own styles to it too. Perhaps that is what makes this cover even more thrilling to watch, a mix of elements from both the original version and CRAVITY’s.

3. PURPLE K!SS

When it comes to performances, PURPLE K!SS always excels, always at the top of the class, this cover medley was no different as they got an A+ from us. They simply ate every cover they performed. They showed they have diverse talents and can fit into any style. Sharp, fierce, refined, super chic, elegant, and powerful. From their facial expressions to their dance moves, every movement they made was on point. Covering songs like (G)I-DLE’s ‘HWAA’, MAMAMOO’s ‘Egotistic’, NCT U’s ‘Baby Don’t Stop’, ATEEZ’s ‘INCEPTION’, K/DA’s ‘MORE’, THE BOYZ’s ‘The Stealer’, and BLACKPINK’s ‘Pretty Savage’, each cover was set as a delicious platter of a meal and they ate leaving no crumbs.

4. MCND

Besides the endless positive words that can be affiliated with this cover, one of the key highlights was the fact that this dance cover emphasized the different charms and styles of each member. Powerful, fierce, energetic, cute, and sexy. Covering songs like EVERGLOW’s ‘Dun Dun’, EXO’s ‘Call Me Baby’, WANNA ONE’s ‘BOOMERANG’, SEVENTEEN’s ‘Adore U’, BIGBANG’s TaeYang ‘Ringa Linga’, BTS’ ‘DNA’, BTS’ ‘NOT TODAY’, NCT U’s ‘BOSS’ and their own hit song ‘ICE AGE’. All these performances were amazing and the group delivered a level of skill set that has been simply unmatched.

5. Weeekly

We weakly fall on our knees in admiration of the duality and impressive skill displayed by Weeekly as we are simply floored by this performance. Bright, cute, exciting, fierce, sleek, and all-around brilliant, if by happenstance this is your first time watching Weeekly, we guarantee you’d go and watch their songs and performances after this as they leave you hungry for more. Covering songs like ATEEZ’s ‘WONDERLAND’, BLACKPINK’s ‘How You Like That’, NCT 127’s ‘Kick It’, RED VELVET’s Irene and SeulGi’s ‘Monster’, SEVENTEEN’s ‘Left & Right’, LOONA’s ‘So What’, IZ*ONE’s ‘Secret Story Of The Swan’, BTS’ ‘ON’, Stray Kids’ ‘God’s Menu’ and their own song ‘Zig Zag’.
